Some of the items are amusing, but many of them hurt me. I don't believe it is okay to insult the deeply felt spiritual beliefs of others. Ironic, how even the most open and liberal hearts among us enjoy these pursuits.

Well, Sarah, I'm genuinely sorry that some of these items are hurtful to you. I think that these are making fun of some of the excesses and over-the-top way that some choose to commoditize (is that a word?) their religious beliefs. I don't think, however, that joke sites like this are mocking the beliefs themselves.
Kind of like "The Simpsons", actually -- organized religion's foibles are roundly satirized, but the show is very reverent about actual religious beliefs.
I'm not quite sure what you mean by how "even the most open and liberal hearts among us enjoy these pursuits", or what exactly is ironic here. But I'm willing to discuss it.
